Deep strokes of Swedish massage incorporating, kneading, petrissage and percussive movements work to loosen up tight muscles and are combined with the Eastern techniques of Trigger Point Therapy and Acupressure massage to break down pain receptors. The application of a Gua-Sha tool improves circulation and breaks down adhesions, and stretching techniques help elongate and rebalance, leaving you feeling both recharged and relaxed. A full body massage will bring balance throughout your body and also help you find deep relaxation. This combined approach has incredible results for my clients, alleviating pain, sciatica, and the stresses of daily life.
