Natural Facelift Massage
Discover this deeply relaxing technique which will lift and tone your face naturally.
This incredible non-invasive holistic technique incorporates a unique blend of highly effective massage techniques drawn from both Japanese and Indian face massage also known as Facial Rejuvenation or Natural Lift. Using complementary techniques from Acupressure, Facial Reflexology and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Assisting the removal of toxins gives a brighter, lifted complexion, inducing deep relaxation and releasing tension in your face, jaw, and scalp. We all have tension that builds up in our scalp, face, neck and shoulder muscles, causing these muscles to tighten and constrict. Prolonged muscle tension restricts the flow of blood to our tissues and starves them of nutrients and oxygen. Over time, toxic by-products build up in the skin, causing the fibres to lock together so that the skin loses much of its mobility. Facial rejuvenation helps to release the tissues, gently allowing the connective tissue to regain its freedom and elasticity by increasing collagen and hydration.
What is a Natural Facelift massage?
An hour-long treatment without oil, the Natural Facelift massage involves a combination of quick and slow deep strokes to lift, reduce lines, and increase hydration and collagen production naturally. By massaging with the pads of fingers & thumbs, these movements will stimulate your circulation aiding exfoliation, and giving you a lifted brighter complexion, releasing tension in your face, jaw, and scalp. Adhesions in the muscle and tissue can be broken down and tissue fibres flattened and stretched. Tight contracted muscles in the face can relax, lengthen and improve in tone.
Tightness & tension in the scalp, head, neck, and shoulders are released. Improved circulation helps to move waste out of the tissues and replenish the skin cells with oxygen & nutrients thus revitalising the skin.

A Natural Facelift massage requires you to have a clean face, free from make-up. It is performed without oils. By staying well hydrated before your treatment you will improve your skin’s elasticity and this will help to eliminate fine lines. Wear loose-fitting clothing or something you feel comfortable in. Bring a hairband for those of you with long hair. Ensure you've detailed all your current health concerns in the health consultation form and get in touch if you have any questions or concerns before your visit. This treatment is a wonderful addition to a body massage for head-to-toe rebalancing.

After your massage treatment, your body and mind are in a relaxed state. Here are some pointers to ensure you receive maximum benefits from your treatment.
Drink plenty of water to assist in the elimination of toxins from the body.
Get plenty of rest. You may feel tired after treatment.
Avoid drinking alcohol or caffeine-containing beverage for 12 hours, as they have dehydrating properties.
Avoid strenuous activity for the next 12 hours, to help your body relax and de-stress further.
Do deep breathing exercises to assist with taking in oxygen to your fullest capacity.
Try to reduce your stress levels as this leads to body tension. This is very important, and I know it is easy to say but harder to do. Start with trying to be aware of what muscles are engaged (tense) and ask yourself whether they need to be engaged if they are not being used. Then try to let go of some of the tension and relax them. Eg drops your shoulders and relax your arms.
Massage treatments work best when performed regularly. To improve your symptoms, you will find greater benefit from regular treatments, so don’t leave it too long until your next massage.
It all starts by learning what you would like from your treatment so that I can tailor the session to your needs.
FOCUS
I will work with your body’s responses to alleviate pressure. Trigger pointing and breathwork will release tension and restore circulation allowing you to fully relax, find calm and rebalance.
REFINE
By highlighting areas of tension we will address how a combination of stretching exercises and massage treatments can help you.
